GAZPACHO

INGREDIENTES

4 tomates maduros

1 pepino

½  pimiento verde

½ pimiento rojo

½ cebolla amarilla pequeña

1 diente de ajo

Sal (al gusto)

Aceite de oliva  (½ cda. o al gusto)

Vinagre de vino (1 cucharada o al gusto)

INSTRUCCIONES

  1. Lava, pela (si es necesario) y corta todos los vegetales.
  2. Tritúralos todos juntos en una batidora eléctrica o licuadora, y añade el aceite de oliva, vinagre y sal al gusto.
  3. Guarda el gazpacho a la nevera y sírvelo frío. NOTA: Puedes decorarlo con trocitos de pepino, tomate, perejil, taquitos de jamón, huevo duro…
